This is a very good book for those that don’t know anything about colitis and crohn’s disease.The book has a lot of valuable information about them, since when they were discovered up to nowadays.I recommend.

If you are BRAND new to Crohn’s Disease or to Ulcerative Colitis, then this book may be of some value to you. It does cover all of the CONVENTIONAL bases, all in one place. However, almost every detail of the information in this book is realtively easily found on the Web. I’d advise web research time as opposed to spending your money on this book.
Also, Dr. Saibil COMPLETELY ignores any non-allopathic medical approaches to these diseases, and there are many such approaches available. Again, web research can turn up LOTS of good information on diet and nutrition, vitamin and fish oil therapies, accupuncture, etc.
